My name is Viyan Poonamallee. I'm a philosophy student and programmer that writes stuff sometimes, some of which is meant to be read by computers, some of it by people.

I'm interested in writing about the philosophy of digital technology, specifically in the normative aspects of technical artifacts. I'm also interested in the ideology of the tech industry and how it motivates certain technological developments.
At the moment I'm finishing an MA in philosophy and working as a programming tutor at The New School's University Learning Center.
